Inspired by emerging innovations in manufacturing and materials, I spent the last two years self directing a re-education in design. I'm good friends with applied metrology, love the technical operations of product development and believe process is the key to a quality design.
My personal focus is exploring climate crisis driven markets, responsible hardware design and material stewardship. My past experience as a hardware Quality Technician gives me insight into the functional and systematic expectations sustainable technologies will have to meet before reaching commercial scales. I apply this perspective in my work, always aiming to express experimental designs in a form that is coherent with current industries.
Currently seeking a team oriented role where I can provide support through production skills and gain industry experience.
